Then go to the folder where you download and open it, inside they are going to be 22 backgrounds. You have to save them in to your iPhone/iPod as you normally save images.
When the images are in your iPhone/iPod go to "Photos" (the icon with the flower) and search for the image that you want as a background or lock screen, when you select the image you should see a little box with an arrow in the button right side click it and choose lock screen then it ask you wether you want it as lock screen or star background and you just choose the one you want.
